All USciences students are invited to live on campus in traditional residence halls and campus apartments. Our modern, fully equipped residence halls include options for Honors Housing — with a 24-hour quiet policy — and gender-neutral housing. Expect all the comforts of home, minus your parents.
The Office of Residence Life provides services and opportunities to engage, learn, and grow by establishing an on-campus living environment that is safe, secure, well maintained and which promotes personal growth, social development, the celebration of individual differences and academic excellence.
Check out our traditional residence halls and apartment-style units, view floor plans and learn more about the housing selection process and timeline.
If you’re ready to live off-campus, we can offer approved apartment listings and other helpful resources. Note that all first- and second-year USciences students are required to live on campus.
On-campus housing in Wilson Hall is available for one or both sessions of summer classes at USciences. Learn how to apply.
Housing Deposits & Forms
Get everything you need to make a housing deposit, complete a housing agreement, request a room preference or apply for a housing exemption. Students who live within a 30 mile radius of campus have the option to sign a one year housing agreement. To submit a one-year agreement, you may either do so by depositing online or by contacting Anthony Florendo, Associate Director of Residence Life, at email@example.com.
